I just had an AMAZING installation experience with Dustin and Heather! After purchasing a Tesla, I decided for convenience and battery preservation that I’d get a Tesla Wall Connector installed at my home. Heather and Dustin arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. Heather James and Ryan M. Did a fantastic job troubleshooting and fixing our Solar Inverter from Generac!!!! We had previously dealt with several other companies who not only didn’t fix the problem, but made things worse. I can’t recommend BOSS Electric enough! From talking to Jared on the phone, who was so easy to speak with and very responsive to calls and questions, from the actually electricians that came to our home. If you have ANY Solar issues, this company is for sure the one to call. They are dedicated to solutions and are very knowledgeable!!

Added battery backup to the house due to not wanting to go through the roof for the gas line to be run. Boss Energy took care of EVERYTHING for us and it couldn't have been simpler. Very satisfied with the installation and the service. Backup has been a lifesaver already. Thank you!

Since my initial review, I did get Boss Energy's attention& after speaking with them& the resulting Service visit ,I am more than Happy to change my opinion of Boss Energy.they are trying their hardest to get a resolution for me.I want to Thank both Karli,and Scott Wolfrey for reaching out after my negative reveiw with very positive responses,and am at least hopeful SunPower will give them the support they need.tjese folks do seem to genuinely care about their company's public image & providing a quality level of customer service.

We'd purchased our home a year ago and the original solar company was no longer in business, and one of the inverters was down. Boss Energy stepped in, diagnosed the issue quickly, got the warrantied part swapped out, and stepped me through getting connected to our solar system data.
We are impressed with their knowledge and work. Definitely check with them if you need work on solar systems.

I'm an architect and I would recommend Boss Energy. The team was professional and responsive. I really appreciated that they didn't engage in hard selling tactics. James came over and walked us through the process and then put together a proposal with different options. Everything was installed in a couple days with no interruptions. The people from the power company even seemed relieved when I told them who I was working with. Overall, working with Boss was a great experience.
