Absolutely fantastic experience ! James and Alexandria did a great job getting my solar system installed on my house. Everything from the initial quote to installation went smoothly and the panels are generating a lot of power. I had a great experience with Boss energy installing an Enphase + FranklinWH system Q4 2025 before the tax credits expired. James, Alexandria as well as the entire install & commissioning team were very responsive. I was working directly with Tesla trying to get a battery backup design for my cabin.  It was a struggle and I wasn't getting anywhere.  I contacted Boss Energy for a consultation and decided to cancel the project with Tesla and give the project to Boss Energy. Boss Energy has helped me so much with my "new" house that just so happens to have solar panels. I was totally clueless on what I needed to do.  Jared walked me through everything i needed to do.  THEN when Heather the solar tech showed up, I felt totally taken care of.  Heather was kind, patient and got my system up and running.  She answered all of my questions,  even when I asked them twice, gave me advise and made me feel totally comfortable.   Thank you Jared and Heather.  Five star service. I just commissioned a fairly substantial solar project via Boss Energy… a roof load of solar panels, three Tesla PowerWalls, plus UniversalCharger for my Tesla EV. Boss Energy sent a small army to my property to accomplish the installation. It was a complex project requiring multiple Gateways and was not without technical challenges and field surprises. However, Alexandria, Jared, and Heather were responsive and able to adapt around constraints. Boss showed strong commitment to customer satisfaction and have delivered above and beyond expectations.
